Change of Purpose Use

In June 2018, Slovenian legislation adopted new laws regarding changes in the purpose of the facility.

At AAb, we are at your disposal to manage the entire administrative process, which consists of two main steps; we are the first to check whether it is possible to change the purpose of your facility, as there are legal and technical restrictions that can prevent changes. With the second, we prepare the entire administrative and technical documentation for the submission of the application and, in general, we conduct the administrative procedure until a final decision on the change of use is obtained.

Site visit, measurements of existing state and its rendition to the digital sphere,
preparation of administrative and technical documentation for the legalization,
obtaining the legally required notions of the qualified opinion-givers,
preparation of the leading folder,
submitting an application to the administrative unit,
conducting the procedure at the administrative unit until obtaining a legal change of use.
