The planned newly built facility will serve as a modern home for a young and active family of five. The interior of the building is expected to provide the large family with functionality, spaciousness and adaptability to different daily and seasonal needs. Whenever possible, the interior of the building is connected to the green atrium by opening panoramic windows, thus creating an ambeint of intuitive connection with nature.

On the ground floor there is an open living room, which in addition to the green atrium is characterized by a luxurious full-function adaptive kitchen, in which a combination of vertical and horizontal lines introduces lightness and freshness, combines into a coherent whole through a mix of different materials.

The use of modern tones in contrast to the bright hexagonal floors create a pleasant duality of space and create a modern home ambience. Emphasis is placed on the design of laying floor tiles, which defines the various micro-uses of the ground floor.

On the upper floor, a change in the usability of the space for more private purposes is indicated by the introduction of warmer and calmer tones. In addition to the sleeping areas, there is a common cinema in the attic, where family and friends can spend the most beautiful moments of socializing and relaxation.
