PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The house was designed for a family of four, located in the middle of nature, with quality views of the nearby pastures. The family wanted to maintain a strong bond with nature, so it was known from the beginning of the project, that opening up the building was very important.
The plot on which the stands has a fairly elongated shape, so it was necessary to adjust the orientation of the building. The ridge thus runs parallel to the longer side, which at first slightly limited the desired opening of views. The client also wanted to establish a visual boundary between the more public and private outdoor spaces.
The floor plan initially appears compact, but by removing the corner volumes, the space opens up and brightens. This way the views of nature penetrate deeper into the interior.
The living room is a central space in the house, which connects the ground floor to the upper floors with an open ceiling. In such a way, the house allows us to experience many different views from various perspectives.
