PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The organization of the space basically remains the same, with the difference that by reducing the kitchen we managed to gain space for a smaller toilet space. We concentrated the kitchen on one strip, which allows maximum use of the dining room and living space. In the cabinet, in addition to the built-in cabinets, there is another extra bed and a sewing work surface.
In the bedroom, cabinets with a built-in TV are provided along the entire wall. The bed, however, connects with them with a strip of wooden slats, between which ambient light occurs.
The bathroom was designed as fresh as possible with a glass shower and a small bathtub under the window.
With the removal of the vinyl floor, the materiality of the balcony returned to the already existing terrace, and the facade to a tone that matches the image of the entire building.
The conceptual design of the interior was related to the desire for as calm and restrained materials and shapes as possible. As an exception, green details work, which in combination with wooden slats and plants sporadically appear around the apartment and break the monotony. With mirrors that are embedded in spatial stories, we optically enlarge the space and add depth to it.
Thanks to the light and bright materials, the apartment can act as an oasis in the middle of the city and allow for a relaxed stay.
