PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The answer to the competition task, the creation of a meditation space in New Zealand is LeeLoo – a manifestation of a tranquil space that allows a sacred clearing, surrounded by native trees to breathe and remain untouched by manmade interventions.

Still maintaining a deep coloration between the meditation spots and the healing nature, LeeLoo embodies synergetic energies that offer interactive and flexible experiences.

It is made by strictly local materials, such as rammed earth, local wood and cotton panels.

Its modular elements and plug-in meditation beds enable a multi-layered experience of space, and it is functionally easy to build and maintain.
