The wast home, located in the spacious rural landscape of Vodice, includes two detached single-family houses, named House M and House F. The project task includes a comprehensive renovation of space, exterior and interior, that provides a multi-layered and coherent working of harmony and connectivity.
The outdoor areas, in addition to a large green area, offer a social space by the outdoor fireplace, a summer kitchen and a table under the endemic canopy, which broadly connects the main terrace with the main entrance and lobby.
The main house comprises a luxurious 300 square meters of usable area, which on the ground floor represents work, living and living areas, and on the first floor through the existing semicircular vertical communications access to three night spaces with complete supply of accompanying activities. Corten, as the red thread of the exterior and interior, appears both subtle and expressive. The design concept was to create pure enveloping whiteness, by complementing the space with unique furniture elements that change from the rooms and escalate according to the level of privacy.
