PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The wast home, located in the spacious rural landscape of Vodice, includes two detached single-family houses, named House M and House F. The project task includes a comprehensive renovation of space, exterior and interior, that provides a multi-layered and coherent working of harmony and connectivity.
The outdoor areas, in addition to a large green area, offer a social space by the outdoor fireplace, a summer kitchen and a table under the endemic canopy, which broadly connects the main terrace with the main entrance and lobby.
House F
The smaller house represents 200 square meters of space, and due to the economical use of space, the majority of the upper floor in the amount of just under 100 square meters is thermally insulated and excluded from the treatment area. In the second phase of the renovation, a utilization of the area into either a green terrace or additional interior spaces is envisaged. The materiality of the building is bright, gentle and pleasant to the touch, comfortable in its elegance and inviting to relax. The added warmth of the space is achieved by the house with a luxurious wood-burning fireplace, which represents the central heating body of the house.
