Once a typical Slovenian house, home for three generations, now a huge bite of empty real estate. 320 square meters spread over three floors, with 800 additional m2 around the house – just enough space for a modest Olympic pool and space to set up a standard barbecue.
In connection with the pool, on the first floor at the lowest point of the plot there is a spacious party space, which in connection with the indoor pool opens onto a green lobby and allows a huge private garden to connect with the interior and breathe as a whole.
One floor above the garden, the privacy of the house is interrupted by a connection to the street, so here the entrance is protected by a backdrop of canopies and a covered entrance facade.
The coat provides the house with uniqueness, integrity and safety. The top floor hides two luxurious bedrooms, which are connected by an open terrace.
The modern layout of furniture and interior design is enriched with a minimalist choice of materials.
