Ascetic modern minimalism with a soul.
The compact dense development of the plot in the immediate vicinity dictates the need for an aclasic floor plan of the interior; the central living areas, where the family spends most of the time, are located on the first floor, which rises above the buildings and offers pleasant views, light and privacy.
Therefore, on the ground floor, the division of the outdoor space into a private space for a security fence and a semi-private space for parking personal cars is arranged. In the area of the private space, bordered by an additional thick green wall, there are pleasant private corners that offer peace and shelter from the hustle and bustle of the street.
When designing the interior layout of the space, we listened to the wishes of the musically inspired family and for this purpose designed places such as a piano corner, a reading nest, a playing area and special quitar storage and provided a complete HI-FI internal sound system.
In addition, there is a unique multifunctional work corner on the floor, which serves as a reading room with the possibility of a perfect curtain and overnight stay.
Warm wooden materials of a simple ascetic line, which allow for practical use, soften and offer a touch of family vibe. All the while incorporating an evergreen thought less is more.
