A fresh and elegant architectural design of a two-apartment building is coming to the market, which enables complete privacy for an individual household. It is designed as a floor plan of two spatial segments, arranged in a rectangular shape, which rotate ninety degrees on the first floor. In this way, the louder living areas are diametrically shifted to opposite corners of the house, each with its own private exit to the green gardens on the NW and SE sides of the location. The space on the floor is sensibly arranged in such a way as to enable the separation of the sleeping parts of individual households and thus complete privacy and a feeling of peace. Each part of the building also uses the attic space for a cinema room, which can be converted into an additional bedroom or office for work from home. With its skylights, it is offered as an option for the most interesting corner of the house.
The house is set on a gentle hill with a perfect connection to the terrain and the existing green trees that surround it. The composition of the windows in the minimalist design of the gable without eaves brings freshness, and its window frames give it a unique character.
The white coat in which the house is wrapped certainly adds to the elegance. For the façade, white fiber cement façade panels are used, which in its simple form creates a sophisticated look.
