New Construction

New construction is one of the most extensive architectural interventions in space, which is reflected both in its broad content of phases and in its time frame.

It consists of 6 main architectural phases, covering a wide range of mandatory and additional sub-contents.

Preparation of conceptual designs,
design of external and internal design of the project,
creating 3d photorealistic images of the new design.

RESULT = OBTAINING A VALID BUILDING PERMIT

Preparation of project documentation for obtaining a building permit,
obtaining the legally required notions of the qualified opinion-givers,
preparation of leading administrative folders and technical documentation
conducting the procedure at the administrative unit until obtaining a final permit.

RESULT = ENABLED START OF CONSTRUCTION

Preparation of the detailed technical documentation for the execution of works,
management and coordination in the implementation of electrical and mechanical bases and plans of building structures (statics)
coordination and acquisition of all other necessary plans in the procedure of obtaining consents for connecting to the public municipal infrastructure and registration of the start of construction,
construction work and material list.

RESULT = NEWLY BUILT STRUCTURE

Participation in the geodetic marcation of the building surface,
supervision over foundation work and rough construction works,
supervision of construction until the third building phase (rough construction works),
supervision of construction up to the fifth extended building phase (craftsmanship/tradesmanship work),
supervision over the selection of installed materials up to the third building phase (rough construction works),
supervision over the selection of installed materials up to the fifth extended building phase (craftsmanship/tradesmanship work).
