Creation of the project task,
preparation and review of the Personalized professional manual for a specific project subject,
site visit, measurements of existing state and rendition to the digital sphere.

RESULT = SPATIAL DEFINITION, NEW FLOOR PLAN AND MATERIAL SOLUTION OF THE PROJECT

Preparation of conceptual designs,
design of external and internal design of the project,
creating 3d photorealistic images of the new design.

Interior design is not required this phase.

RESULT = ENABLED WORK START

Preparation of the detailed technical documentation for the execution of works,
preparation of carpenter's drawings of unique furniture,
selection of built-in materials and selection of purchased furniture items,
construction work and material list.

RESULT = COMPLETED RENOVATION

Supervision of the construction of handicraft works,
control over the selection of installation materials.
